Accessible Minibus Guided Tour
We’re pleased to offer a brand-new accessible minibus for our Minibus Guided Tour! The minibus includes a dedicated space for one wheelchair and has been designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience through the Safari Drive.
Price: £7.50pp

- 1 wheelchair space available per tour
- Not suitable for mobility scooters
- Maximum weight of wheelchair: 120kg
- Maximum combined weight (chair and passenger): 350kg
How to Book:
Bookings for wheelchair users must be made in advance and cannot currently be made online.

Payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Guests of all ages will need a seat booked if they wish to travel on a Minibus or Truck, including under 3s.
- On the Safari Trucks, children under the age of 3 should be held on an adult’s lap.
- Admission Tickets to the rest of the Park are NOT included with any of the Safari Tours and will need to be purchased separately.
- On our Minibus Tours and Safari Truck Tours, you may be seated next to other guests outside of your family group for the duration of the Tour. Seat preferences are on a first come first serve basis.
- We have one minibus that is wheelchair adapted. Guests using a wheelchair will be able to access the minibus by a rear lift.
- You can book the Minibus Tour or Truck Tour as an extra when purchasing Admission Tickets online. If you forgot to add a Safari Tour when making your booking, you can use this link to add them - wmsp.uk/buy-guided-tours - Please note, you must have a valid Admission Ticket to enter the Park, alongside these Safari Tour tickets.
- No smoking or vaping is permitted on our Safari Tours.
- No eating or drinking is permitted on our Safari Tours.
- Children must be supervised at all times. Adults must ensure that children can understand and follow all safety instructions.
- Whilst our Safari Tours aim to visit all areas and showcase as many animals as possible, there may be occasions, particularly during busy periods, when certain areas or animals may need to be omitted for operational or welfare reasons. We will always endeavour to minimise any omissions and provide the fullest possible experience for our guests. No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event that certain areas or animals are not included in the tour.
